Why I became a career transition consultant

Throughout my search career, I watched many successful executives struggle to understand what it takes to become a successful candidate. It’s a special role requiring skills of its own. However, with all the knowledge, skills and connections I gained from my time in recruitment, I knew I could make a real difference in their lives.

So, I transitioned my very own career to become the person I am today. I take enormous pleasure in building healthy relationships with my clients. Witnessing the improvement in their understanding, development, and confidence before helping them achieve their goals is what gets me out of bed each morning.

High profile C suite executive transitioning to portfolio career

I live on a farm where fly tipping is a huge problem. People were coming to a layby and dumping huge amounts of rubbish which was blocking my gate. The guys came and installed a covert camera and we left it there for ten days. The rubbish continued to be dumped. 7 Operations came and retrieved the camera and sent me the footage and a report which included all the number plates of the vehicles. That has helped me prosecute and I haven’t had to clear up any rubbish since! Thank you so much.
